Requirements for Ordering

• Regular items: please refer to the product list on our website and send us your order containing item No., product names, appointed colors and quantity.  
• Custom items: please specify your requirements for the products you want us to custom make for you. The requirements include diagrams/pictures, usage, colors, sizes, materials and quantity. Upon receiving your order with those info, we will produce samples for you to conform. After receiving your confirmation letter, please follow our payment terms to validate your order.

Note:The coloration of our products is PANTONE based, for preferred colors, please click on the link below to select colors and enclose the No. of selected colors in your order.  http://www.pantone.net.cn/others/PANTONE%20color.htm

Payment terms

• Prepay 30% of the total amount by T/T as the deposit to validate your order.
• In mass production, upon receiving your deposit, we will immediately start to produce samples of ordered products and have them mailed to you for confirmation. 
• Once the samples are confirmed by returning us an endorsement mail, we will start producing the ordered goods to your requirements.
• During the production, we will keep you posted on the progress.  
• After the production of your ordered goods is finished, we will notify you to balance your account 7 days before shipment.
